We are excited to share the success of our second Good Neighbour Awards, where our community gathered to celebrate outstanding individuals who make our neighbourhood better. With 26 nominations, it’s clear that goodwill thrives among us, and we’re grateful for everyone’s contributions.

First, we extend our gratitude to our dedicated judges, including pupils from Rushey Mead Academy, Cllr George Cole, and Cllr Manjula Sood MBE. Their time and effort were essential in making these awards possible

Second Place goes to Manish Thobani, recognized for his kindness and unwavering support, always there to lend a hand to fellow neighbours.

In Third Place, we honour Ketan Ganatra, who has been a pillar of support at Loughborough Cottages, building lasting friendships and contributing significantly to our community.

The Young Person’s Award celebrates Nayva Mehta, a 13-year-old community advocate who has made significant contributions to our co-op and local projects.

And finally, our Overall Winner is Kirit Mistry, an inspirational figure who has tirelessly campaigned for health awareness within diverse communities.
